Flight Operations Engineer – A220 Responsibilities

Update and maintain operational documentation for crew members (FCOM, AFM, FCTM, MMEL/CDL, QRH) Engage directly with customers to provide ongoing support Conduct technical studies on ATA systems and coordinate with engineering and support departments Define normal and abnormal procedures for flight crews in collaboration with stakeholders Prepare and submit support documentation for airworthiness authorities (EASA, FAA, TCCA) under the supervision of a CVE/DAD Study conditions for issuing MMEL or deviations and propose recommendations and alternative procedures to crews Apply Airbus aircraft configuration criteria to deliver tailored content for operators Support operators and coordinate with technical support teams Respond to operators’ technical questions related to flight operations Plan and present topics related to flight operations at seminars Visit airlines and conduct observation flights to improve their operations Qua...
