Overview

The role is fully dedicated to delivering the Innovation & Transformation (I&T) program for a client in a highly regulated healthcare environment. The manager will oversee governance, execution, and outcomes across all program workstreams, ensuring compliance and workforce stability.

Program Leadership (I&T Program – Dedicated)

• Full accountability for oversight of the I&T program
• Lead all program workstreams and projects
• Define scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Maintain integrated delivery plans
• Ensure delivery on time, budget, and quality

Delivery Governance & Execution

• Establish governance and reporting structures
• Act as primary escalation point
• Drive risk and issue management
