- Telephone sales experience.
- Team contributor on a successful real estate team
- Deep technical skills with XLS and CRM's and other platforms.
- Persuasive, commited and highly motivated.
- Self-driven and reliable, capable of working independently and delivering results without constant supervision.
- Goal-oriented and persistent, with desire to maximize earnings through comissions.
- Willingness to learn and grow (no prior experience is requiered)
