Job Overview

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will assist prospective residents with rental accommodations, providing a best‑in‑class customer experience via telephone, email, live‑chat, and other channels. This role is hybrid, working from home and supporting the site team.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to all rental inquiries via telecom, email, and live‑chat.
• Enter all possible leads in ERP system to maintain accurate traffic data and reporting.
• Conduct in‑depth interviews with prospective residents to determine their requirements and promote available Minto product that meets their needs.
• Schedule appointments for showings with the on‑site Leasing Agent.
• Facilitate the application process for prospective residents who do not need or cannot arrange a site visit.
