We are seeking a **QC Inspector** based in **Tijuana, Mexico** to perform product quality inspections across categories like stationery, plastic, plush toys, seasonal décor, gifts, and hardware.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform in-line and final product inspections at factories.
- Prepare detailed QC reports in English with photos and metrics.
- Track and escalate recurring quality issues.
- Work closely with suppliers and factory managers to resolve problems and improve workflows.
- Support implementation of quality SOPs and audit readiness.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of QC experience (plastic, plush, hardware, stationery, seasonal gifts, or consumer goods).
- Strong knowledge of inspection/testing standards and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent English reading and writing (all reports in English).
- Based near Tijuana, Mexico; able to travel locally for factory visits.
