You will enable improvement to the Order to Cash cycle for the Imaging/Connected Care/Ultrasound businesses. This role requires timely communication with the Project Management organization, merge center, customer fulfillment center, Philips’ factories, and external suppliers, where appropriate. This role is the focal point for the Project Management organization for problem resolution for supply chain/resource optimization.
**Your role:**
+ Collaborate cross-functionally (Project Managers, Service/Clinical Managers, SMA Delivery, SCM) to identify workforce needs and ensure resource availability (internal or third-party).
+ Lead order fulfillment and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery for ultrasound, IGT, Volcano, and Connected Care projects.
+ Optimize resource planning by allocating qualified personnel across regions, supporting zones as needed, and improving scheduling tools and processes.
