Side by Side Therapy is currently looking for skilled individuals to fill contractInstructor Therapist positions in the GTA and surrounding areas. Instructor Therapists will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (or other developmental disabilities) in thechildren’s home while employing IBI / ABA teaching strategies as directed by a Senior Therapist and BCBA.

Successful candidates must collaborate with other team members in the consistent implementation of a student’s behaviour reduction and skill acquisition programs, maintain regular communication with parents as required and participate in scheduled team meetings and training conferences as required.
