About This Opportunity

**A Snapshot of Your Day**:
As an Instrumentation & Control Project Engineer for Power Grids you will work within a team of HVDC project management and engineering specialists to design and deliver full HVDC control and protection solutions making use of the HVDC test center located in Raleigh.
You are the interface between the system operator and the major automation and control systems of the HVDC system.
**How You'll Make an Impact**:
- Design and engineer HVDC control systems, including Bay Control Units, SCADA systems, and monitoring components.
- Develop and integrate control and HMI software, ensuring functionality through simulation, real-time testing, and system integration.
- Build and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, manuals, signal databases, and engineering estimates.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to clarify technical requirements, system features, and graphical interfaces.
