Intermediate Accountant

Full-time, fixed-term contract (12–18 months) based in Vancouver, BC. The role supports CleanTech Vanadium Mining Corp., Silver Elephant Mining Corp., and Oracle Commodity Holding Corp. for day-to-day accounting tasks, accounts payable, month-end close, and working papers to ensure public‑company filing requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and perform month-end close procedures.
• Responsible for all accounts payable activities.
• Liaise with foreign subsidiaries on group accounting matters.
• Prepare payroll.
• Assist with month-end working papers and journal entries, bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, fixed assets, year-end audit, tax returns, GST, etc.
• Participate in the rollout of finance projects and initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
