Our client has an immediate opening for an Intermediate IT Support Analyst to join their team in Calgary on a 3-month contract.
Role Overview
This role is performed fully onsite and will support the technical transition of a smallpany being integrated into a larger organization. The focus is on end‑user device deployment, hands‑on desktop support, and assisting with light infrastructure tasks during the transition period.
45 devices are involved in a technical transition/device deployment and current laptops are running Windows 11 on various laptop makes/models. All users will be provided with a new Dell laptop and these laptops will need to be prepared for the users. This will involve building the new laptops with Intune (pre-provision), and the laptops willplete the build process when the users log in for the first time.
