Location Location: On site – Juarez, Nuevo León
Responsibilities - Continuous monitoring of 5S principles to ensure order, cleanliness, and discipline within the area.
- Updating, standardizing, and improving work instructions to maintain documentation that is current and aligned with existing processes.
- Recording, documenting, and tracking key processes within the area.
- Constant presence on the shop floor to serve as an observation point for identifying needs.
- Monitoring operational situations, and ensuring proper workflow.
- Participation in meetings to provide real-time information and facilitate decision-making.
Skills & Requirements Skills: Proactive, organized, eager to learn.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
