Job Description
We are seeking an intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Operations team in the management of Groupe Accueil’s daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Processing certain customer service requests using the Building Stack software;
- Receiving, reviewing, and following up on tenant requests and complaints;
- Assisting with the coordination of repair work with contractors and suppliers;
- Contribute to the monitoring and follow-up of maintenance and upkeep activities for properties within the portfolio.
- Updating various tracking lists and administrative tools;
- Assisting with the follow-up of insurance claims and litigation files;
- Opening purchase orders;
- Supporting the processing and verification of invoices;
- Assisting the team with any other related administrative tasks, as needed.
