The intern will form part of our Vendor Management department and will support and assist our Production teams with their vendor capacity needs. This department is responsible for all vendor management, engagement and certification processes. They manage TransPerfect´s freelance community comprised of thousands of specialists (translators, proofreaders, DTP specialists, copywriters, subject matter experts and more) providing services to our company to assist with the successful delivery of our projects.

The intern will be able to learn and develop different skills through a valuable experience in a multicultural and dynamic environment and have the opportunity to see how a translation company works. They will be involved principally in the recruitment and onboarding of new specialists, rate negotiation and maintaining lasting relationships with our vendors.

Work setting: On-site from Consolação, Sao Paulo office
