Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Intern – Guadalajara, Hybrid
Responsibilities
- Support the development, planning, and execution of internal communications that promote employee engagement and a transparent culture.
- Assist with administrative support for the Human Resources team, contributing to daily operations and ongoing projects.
- Maintain and update HR documentation, including local policies, procedures, internal regulations, and employee records.
- Help coordinate and organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal activities.
- Support the definition and use of communication channels, media, and design tools for internal projects.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to ensure consistent and engaging communication messaging.
