Job Overview
Under the supervision of the Customer Service Manager, the Operations and Service Executive supports tasks requested by management or the CS BOG team regarding operational needs, providing specific assistance and training team members on new functions.
Responsibilities
- Accommodate and furnish support for operational issues and specific tasks requested by CS management.
- Train, guide, and monitor team members on new functions, concepts, and software.
- Coordinate with the OPS team on non-standard operational requirements.
- Backup the CS team during vacations, leaves, or absenteeism.
- Partner with the Business Development team to exceed customer service expectations, including execution and follow‑up on shipment cost or special requirement requests.
