We are a Jackson Family Wines winery—a family‑owned company with properties in California, Oregon, Australia, France, Italy, Chile, and South Africa. At our Oakville winery we produce wines for high‑end JFW brands such as Freemark Abbey and premium custom crush clients. We primarily produce high‑quality red Bordeaux varieties along with Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier, and Assyrtiko. Our average crush is 2,000 tons and we have approximately 15,000 barrels of capacity in our barrel cellar.
This is a hands‑on cellar internship role that reports to the cellar manager. We operate an indoor and outdoor facility covering the full grape‑to‑bottling production. Interns work in all of the following areas:
