Under the supervision of the Supervisor – Shipping & Receiving, this position is responsible for the control of all documentation related to the import‑export process of raw materials, fittings, machinery and the materials required for the company. The role includes updating all information of temporal importations and exportations in the Maquiladora software monthly, running the backflush report, converting all data to files and then uploading them every two months to the SAT web site.

• Administrate the Maquiladora Software, including maintaining updated bill‑of‑materials for finished goods and new products manufactured in Sanimex, ensuring data integrity and running validations.
