In this position reporting to the Controller, your main focus will be supporting the Finance team through accurate and timely invoice handling. With 1-3 years of relevant experience in a real estate or project-driven setting, you’ll be adept at managing high volumes of work while ensuring professionalism and detail orientation in everything you do.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely entry of invoices with proper coding
• Prepare cheque runs according to schedules
• Address vendor questions and resolve any issues
• Liaise effectively with Project Accountants and managers
• Track outstanding invoices and follow up proactively
