What will your role be responsible for?

Relationship Management

• Deliver gold standard client service by anticipating needs, addressing inquiries proactively, demonstrating strong listening skills, and fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
• Provide high-quality, timely client service across all channels, including phone, email, written correspondence, and in-person interactions.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through consistent prospecting and relationship development.

Investment Management

• Work closely with the lead advisor to manage fee‑based and non‑fee‑based investment portfolios.
• Prepare and deliver investment policy statements, portfolio evaluations, client commentaries/reviews, and investment proposals.
