Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth underwriting and due diligence on new credit opportunities, including financialmodelling, valuation stress-testing, industry/peer analysis, and financial covenant structuring;
• Assist in preparing investment memorandums, outlining key risks, mitigants, return drivers andrecommendations;
• Support deal execution from term sheet through closing, including structuring, documentation, andcoordination with external counsel and sponsor counterparties;
