Manage and maintain the full suite of Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and IntuneAdminister user accounts, groups, licenses, and permissions using Azure Active Directory and PowerShellMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availabilityConfigure and enforce security policies, including MFA, conditional access, and data loss prevention (DLP)Document procedures, configurations, and best practicesProvide Tier 2 End user support for All of the Office 365 Suite of Collaborations applicationsRequired Skills & Qualifications
