**WHAT YOU BUILD**
+ Design, implement, optimize, and govern ITIL‑based service management processes.
+ Define, document, and roll out standardized ITIL processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management)
+ Ensure processes are scalable, efficient and aligned with business and customer needs
