Job Summary Technical and operational support for all manufacturing processes related to computer or automation equipment, in particular Servo and Engraving equipment.
Essential Functions - Be an expert in the use of spell/cam software systems and in everything related to the spell/cam work cell equipment
- Monitor, test and troubleshoot spell/cam automation cells (computers, peripherals, CNC machines and ergonomics)
- Support and troubleshooting of spell/cam parameters for different styles
- Test and confirm that changes to the work cell software were applied correctly
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade the hardware and software of the spell/cam cells, engraving servomechanisms and desktop devices
- Support and maintenance to user requirements, including troubleshooting and operator IT training
