Working as an IT engineer, daily operation in supply chain and order management area, includes business issue troubleshooting, proactive monitoring, customer care, and intelligent operation (AI).
Responsibilities
- Support system operation of Lenovo SAP ECC/S4, CFOC, and other self‑developed systems, mainly involved in order placing, supply chain, invoice and other related fields.
- Assist users to solve system issues in high quality and quantity based on urgency; resolve monitoring issues and identify opportunities for monitoring automation.
- Record valuable knowledge as documentation in the knowledge base in high quality.
- Complete key tasks assigned by the team leader in a timely and high‑quality manner, e.g., AI related topics.
