Responsibilities
Requirements analysis and documentation: collaborate with business departments to define business requirements and prepare technical documentation.
Assist in drafting requests for proposals (RFPs) and participate in selection and evaluation of external vendors.
System design and development support: assist in designing business processes and breaking down business requirements into product groups.
Collaborate with the IT team at Midea Group headquarters on system design, development, testing, and deployment.
Testing and deployment support: participate in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business requirements.
Support system deployment and subsequent optimization efforts.
Operational support and optimization: monitor the status of application systems and provide operational support.
