Our organization is part of a large conglomerate global company which is looking for a true leader for the IT Manager position. The role will supervise 15 direct reports. Some extra hours may be required when necessary. The qualified candidate must also have experience with business reporting.

Responsibilities

• Mentoring, inspiring and developing employees in the IT department
• Ensuring the IT department is delivering excellent business solutions to our manufacturing customers
• Managing resources to ensure production needs are met
• SOX and internal audit compliance
• Disaster recovery plan development and testing
• Ensuring effective standard operating procedures
• Monthly/Quarterly business reporting
• Ensuring cross‑functional priorities, including Continuous Improvement initiatives, are met
• Ability to work extended hours when required
• Other duties as required
