The Project Manager, IT will oversee the planning, design, and execution of IT projects, managing budgets, timelines, and teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders, leading cross‑functional teams, conducting business analysis, and implementing new applications or system enhancements to support organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Assistance in establishing yearly IT budgets.

Directs personnel and their activities, reviews and evaluates their work.

Manages the relationship with various stakeholders; interacts with customers, suppliers, business units, etc.

Supervision of project teams including Junior, Intermediate and Senior Business Analysts and Application Administrators; provides mentorship, motivation, and follow‑up as necessary.

Performs complex or extensive scope business analysis work including workflow analysis, business information requirements and models.
