As our next IT Service Desk Engineer, you will provide ITIL‐based first‐ and second‐level support for IT infrastructure across the Americas Region.
You will play a key role in problem management, process improvement, reporting, and knowledgebase development while ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient IT operations in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.
