IT Site Director

**Position Summary**

The Head of IT/Manufacturing IT Leader is responsible for the end-to-end management of all technology operations, infrastructure, and services across AE’s Mexicali factory, including network, MES, Warehouse, and OT systems. This role acts as the primary technology partner for the General Manager and staff for plant, translating business needs into IT requirements and ensuring alignment with corporate IT standards and strategy. The leader owns site availability, performance, and security at the factory, supports manufacturing systems, and provides feedback and opportunities to corporate IT teams for enterprise applications and infrastructure improvements.
