About This Opportunity
Responsibilities
Fully and solely accountable for the efficient operations of the Unified Communications service based on Microsoft Teams technology across all Clariant locations, including telephony, video conferencing and contact center technologies. Provide user support management and governance (incident management and resolution). Lead internal and/or external IT specialists, maintain business relationships; ensure seamless operations and provide maintenance & support for dedicated scope of service, manage local & global suppliers; plan & manage the service budget; secure user satisfaction & business value. Promotes a high degree of standardization on global solutions to keep running costs in balance with business needs.
