Enhance your administrative skills in order management as an OMS Clerk. Responsible for item data maintenance in Dynamics 365, ensuring order processing accuracy and client satisfaction.
You will work under the Assistant Director of Procurement, focusing on creating and updating item information in Dynamics 365. Your role includes validating client orders against purchase orders, processing orders accurately, and maintaining system data integrity. Communication with cooperatives and internal services is also an essential part of your work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and track purchase orders following procedures
• Validate client orders in the Dynamics system
• Update and manage existing item records
• Ensure accuracy of invoices against purchase orders

Requirements:
