Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of a Janitor/Utility include, but are not limited to:
Snow removal and maintenance of assigned areasRemoves debris and maintains cleanliness of the site and surrounding areaMaintains cleanliness of recreation rooms and hallwaysStrip and wax floors as scheduledScrubs boot room/entrance way to remove dirt and washes boot trays, overhead racks, splash guards, doors (inside and out), windows, curtains, ceiling and wallsRemoves/burns garbage and disinfects containersCleans ashtrays dailyEnsure work areas are safe from hazardsReport any damage, theft and abandoned articles to the SupervisorAdhere to safety policies and procedures by following company safe work practices and standard operating proceduresUse company motor vehicles as requiredPerform other duties as assignedQualifications
