Overview
Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is a luxury resort set in the Canadian Rockies, undergoing a multi‑phase transformation. We are seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead our entrance and departure experiences, mentor a high‑performance team, and elevate guest satisfaction throughout the stay.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, friendly, and sincere service to all guests.
- Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate the Bell Desk staff, ensuring timely handling of inquiries and guest satisfaction.
- Provide day‑to‑day operational support for Front Desk, Royal Service, and Tours departments.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in all departmental activities, including covering MOD shift, issuing pre‑shift logs, and participating in shift meetings.
