Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and open the kitchen for the day’s work.
• Prep BBQ lunches and assist with cooking for high‑end tour groups, ensuring exceptional presentation and quality.
• Stock the deli with fresh sandwiches, wraps, salads, and baked goods, ensuring availability for guests.
• Use quantity estimates and updated business information to prepare the appropriate amount of product.
• Assist with prepping meals for set‑menu lunch and dinner groups.
• Handle and properly store deliveries, typically arriving twice weekly.
