Overview We are seeking an experienced Software Development Team Lead to report to the Delivery Manager and work closely with the Product Owner. The role will lead a team of software developers and testers to develop one or more of our application suites within a multi‑year roadmap.

Responsibilities

Lead the team to deliver new products, features, and hotfixes iteratively using Agile methodology, collaborating with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developers, and QAs.

Work with architects and other developers to provide technical input to the Product Owner.

Act as the first escalation point to remove impediments and maintain development velocity, ensuring sprint goals are met.

Communicate and escalatation issues clearly and in a timely manner.

Manage day‑to‑day team operations and career development for team members.
