This role is vital for ensuring that new homeowners have a smooth transition into their residences. You’ll utilize your previous customer care or warranty experience to address concerns and manage Tarion warranty-related tasks. Your excellent communication skills and organizational abilities will ensure homeowners feel taken care of during their move-in process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as main contact for homeowner communications
• Guarantee timely responses to inquiries within 24 hours
• Oversee Tarion warranty deficiencies and claims
• Record and follow up on reported service issues
• Conduct or coordinate Pre-Delivery Inspections as requested
Requirements:
• 3+ years in customer care or warranty management
• Experience in residential construction is highly regarded
