MAIN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Expertise in configuring projects and spaces within Jira and Confluence.
In-depth knowledge of Adaptavist ScriptRunner.
Proficiency in coding with Groovy or Java.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective technical support.
Experience in application testing and quality assurance.
Excellent communication skills for user support.
Capability to train users in the effective use of Jira and Confluence.
MANDATORY SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS
Utilize Adaptavist ScriptRunner for automation, including enhancing workflows, writing scheduled jobs, and configuring listeners.
