Board Member Role
Board members are responsible for determining the strategic direction, ensuring accountability to funders and the community, and stewarding the clinic’s mission, vision and values. The board focuses on governance rather than operations.

Time Commitment
- Meetings held virtually the 4th Monday of the month, 8 months of the year
- In‑person Annual General Meeting in September
- Approximately 3 hours per month required
