Key Responsibilities

• Support the procurement of raw materials, equipment, consumables, and services according to purchasing procedures.
• Assist in maintaining and following up on open purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Production Planning to ensure material availability.
• Support communication and follow-up with suppliers regarding deliveries, confirmations, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Quality and Planning teams regarding material specifications and requirements.
• Assist in preparing basic reports such as materials at risk, order status, and inventory reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to lead time reduction and inventory optimization.
• Assist with material transfers between plants when required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
