Junior Commercial Counsel

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate client‑facing commercial agreements, including master service agreements, data licensing agreements, subscription agreements, order forms, and statements of work.
• Advise regional sales and business development teams on deal structure, contract risk, and commercial terms.
• Identify and escalate legal risks in commercial transactions, providing practical recommendations for resolution.
• Develop and maintain regional contract templates and playbooks to support self‑service and deal velocity.
• Manage contracts through Salesforce and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the global legal team on cross‑border transactions, compliance initiatives, and process improvements.
• Support other legal team projects and initiatives as needed.
