• Plan and schedule greenhouse vegetable crop production
• Supervise and coach a team of workers, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Manage productivity, labor scheduling and training programs
• Implement IPM decision‑making and food safety systems
• Coordinate greenhouse maintenance and production scheduling
• Support ornamental plant landscaping and basic crop labor tasks such as transplanting and harvesting

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a greenhouse supervisor role and proven ability to supervise teams of workers
