The ideal candidate will bring to the role a minimum of 2 years of experience in Personal Injury (AB), demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence in their work and a keen understanding of the significance of providing exceptional client service.

Your new role

In this new position, your duties will encompass:

1. Drafting pleadings such as statements of claim
2. Preparing motion materials
3. Representing in motions court
4. Participating in examinations for discovery
5. Composing mediation memorandums
6. Attending mediation sessions
7. Scheduling trials
8. Drafting pre-trial conference documents
9. Participating in pre-trial conferences
