Our client is a major transport and logistics provider whose data flow has outgrown their team. We are looking for a Junior Scrum Master to help untangle their daily operational drag. In this hybrid role, you will help coordinate a combined team focused on clearing backlogs and fixing systemic data flow issues.


About the role

The client's main issue is that their data keeps going bad during handoffs between their order management platforms and their fulfillment systems. This means support tickets mount up, approval chains stall in email loops, and operators have to reconcile systems by hand at the end of every week.
