Supervise and coordinate operations to maintain compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Advise on proper food handling practices and provide food hygiene training for new hires and trainees.

Provide technical advice on product labeling to meet government requirements.
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
