- Develop J&J to be a strategic partner, including long‑term stakeholder management and value‑creation activities.
- Commercial responsibility for the account(s)/region/country as agreed with KAM Director.
- Establish relationships with the Sales‑Marketing‑and Value Creation organizations and coordinate activities with them.
- Coordinate involvement of internal stakeholders, including supply chain, HEMA, Professional Education, Commercial Excellence, and more.
