About This Opportunity

About the Role

The Customer Success KAM at Klar is responsible for transforming activated clients into long‑term, high‑value partners. Their mission is to ensure customers succeed with Klar’s financial solutions by driving product adoption, maximizing monetization, reducing churn, and building deep, trust‑based relationships. KAMs operate as strategic advisors and business partners, aligning Klar’s capabilities with each client’s evolving needs. This is a full‑time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model; the employee is expected to be in the office four times per week.

What you can expect
