The Key Account Manager, eRetail is a high-impact contract role supporting Earth Rated’s eCommerce growth during a maternity leave. With a primary focus on Chewy.com, this role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the Joint Business Plan, management of advertising and promotional budgets, and maintaining strong retailer relationships. Working within the PODS cross‑functional system, this role contributes to operational excellence and supports the team’s profitability goals. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior‑to‑mid‑level eRetail professional with hands‑on Chewy experience to take meaningful account ownership—with real potential for continuation and expanded account responsibility as Earth Rated grows its online business.
