At Clorox, the Key Account Manager (KAM) plays a critical role in driving sustainable business growth. This position is responsible for leading relationships with strategic customers within the Modern trade channel, ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives, excellence in in-store execution, and account profitability, while also developing and leading the assigned team.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the end‑to‑end management of key customers, ensuring delivery of sales objectives (volume and value) and key business KPIs (NCS, RR, MS, among others).
- Develop and execute Customer Business Plans aligned with the company’s commercial strategy.
