Role Overview
You will be responsible for driving growth, strengthening strategic partnerships, and advancing the company’s presence within Fertility Accounts across Southwest Ontario . This role requires a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach combined with strong business acumen, entrepreneurial thinking, and a deep understanding of the specialty healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and growth targets across assigned Ontario Fertility Accounts through a strategic Key Account Management approach.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with Reproductive Endocrinologists (REIs), nurses, clinic managers/owners, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for each account, including key initiatives, projects, and long-term growth opportunities.
