Key Account Manager
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to build strong partnerships with new clients while optimizing our existing customer base.
This is an individual contributor role.
Ideally, you reside in Saskatoon.
Your Challenge
Play a leading role in maintaining business relationships with our clients by optimizing their accounts and developing new opportunities, as well as acquiring new customers.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop a strong and trusting relationship with assigned clients
- Leverage untapped opportunities, identify client thresholds, and generate organic revenue growth
- Manage accounts to ensure SPI delivers the highest level of required service
- Collaborate with the SPI team to ensure all client issues are resolved
- Manage communications between key accounts and internal support teams
